Development car parking changes
As we undergo the exciting transformation of Karrinyup Shopping Centre, there will be some changes to parking. Parking will still be available at Karrinyup, accessible from car park entries located off Burroughs Road, Davenport Street and Francis Avenue.
It is our focus to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible and appreciate your patience during this time. We look forward to sharing this exciting journey with you.
We're pleased to announce a new entry to level B2 of the multi-deck car park is now available off Francis Avenue. Direct acess to the centre from level B2 of the car park is via the lift lobby or the Customer Lounge.

East Multi-Deck Car Park Open
Karrinyup’s new six-level multi-deck car park is open. The car park has two customer lifts and a stairwell servicing all levels.
Entry to both this car park and the BIG W undercover car park is available on Davenport Street and Francis Avenue (northbound only).
Please note, access to the ground floor of the centre is available from level B1 of the multi-deck car park. Please follow directional signage within the multi-deck car park to access the centre (via lift lobbies or stairwells located on each level).
H&M and MYER
Best parking for H&M and MYER is via the ground level car parks located on Burroughs Road or Davenport street.
BIG W, David Jones and Woolworths
Best parking is via the new multi-deck car park. Vehicle access to these car parks is available via entries located on Davenport Street, Francis Avenue (Northbound only) and Karrinyup Road.
City of Stirling Library
Best parking for the City of Stirling Library is one the ground level car parks located on Burroughs Road or Davenport Street.
MOBILITY IMPAIRED
A number of ACROD parking spaces are available and are located adjacent to several entrances to the centre.
PARENTS WITH PRAMS
Parents with prams car parking bays are available throughout the multi-deck car park to make the transition from car seat to stroller that much easier.
