May Shock Sale 2025 Terms and Conditions These supplementary terms and conditions for the Shock Sale Period, which is 30th May 9am AEST to 13th June 2025 In addition to the aforementioned dates, these supplementary terms and conditions will apply to stax.com.au over the VIP early access dates: 25th May 2025 & 29th May 2025 To the extent these terms are inconsistent with our standard terms and conditions these terms and conditions apply for the Shock Sale sales period. ORDERS 1. You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. If you do not, we cannot guarantee any details on your order will be able to be amended or updated. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order. 2. You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, STAX. is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. Due to much higher-than-normal order volume, as well as our automated systems that are in place to get orders shipped out as fast as possible, we will not be able to change or amend any details on your order once it has been confirmed. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have confirmed it, you may contact our customer service team but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or amend your order in those circumstances; You may be able to use your selected courier's self-service options (if there are such options) to amend your shipping address but STAX. cannot be liable for any delays or lost items for any incorrect information on your order. 3. All orders must be placed, and all purchases must be completed, within our Shock Sale Sales Period. Sale prices only apply to completed customer orders and purchases. Items in cart are not confirmed or held until checkout is completed. You will receive a confirmation email with an order number once your order is complete. 4. Products are likely to sell out quickly during the Shock Sale period due to increased traffic on our website. We cannot guarantee availability, or any restocks during the sale period. We apologise but we are unable to give rain checks on sale items. 5. Please be aware that items purchased during our Shock Sale are marked down and are therefore strictly non-refundable and considered final sale, unless deemed faulty by our Returns Team and cannot be repaired or replaced. Please choose carefully when purchasing, as no refunds or exchanges will be provided for orders placed during this time. This does NOT affect your statutory rights – for more information please see repair, replace, refund cancel | ACCC. 6. All Shock Sale items are eligible for return for store credit equal to the amount paid at the time of purchase, not the item’s original recommended retail price (RRP). 28 day return period remains. 7. Unfortunately, due to high traffic and the volume of checkouts processing at the same time, on occasion we do encounter product oversells. In this instance our systems will refund the oversold item and we will ship the remainder of your order. 8. STAX. reserves the right to review and cancel orders at any time and you will receive a full refund back to your original payment method. We will contact you should this occur. SHIPPING 1. STAX. processes orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please note that during high-volume periods such as product launches and sales, order processing and shipping times may be delayed. While we strive to dispatch all orders promptly, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these peak periods. 2. We endeavour to ship all Shock Sale orders in chronological order, however due to warehouse operations this cannot always be guaranteed. The warehouse strives to get orders out as quickly as possible which can result in orders being shipped out of order, depending on what items have been ordered. 3. Unfortunately, there is a chance your order may incur shipping delays once they have been picked up by your selected courier from the STAX. Warehouse. STAX. is unable to control any transit delays that may occur once your order has been shipped. Please monitor your tracking links and note your estimated delivery date during this time but please contact our customer service team at help@stax.com.au if something doesn't seem right. DISCOUNTS 1. All Shock Sale markdowns are final and will be automatically applied on selected products at the time of shopping. 2. No further discounts will be applicable at checkout during the Shock Sale sales period. 3. Influencer discount codes will not be active during the Shock Sale sales period. All influencer discount codes will be reactivated when the sale is over. 4. STAX. Shock Sale promotion is 50% off sitewide*. Exclusions apply. Promotion valid whilst stocks last or until stipulated by STAX. At stax.com.au *Gift cards excluded from sale. 5. Items marked as 'Further Reduced' are already discounted and will receive an additional 50% off the current marked price. 6. Discount available online only and in-store. Discount is not available in store on the date of 25th May 2025. GIFT WITH PURCHASE 1. All gifts with purchases over $200 are available while stocks last. 2. The Tones Seamless gift with purchase is only redeemable when $200 or more of Tones Seamless product (at the discounted price) are added to cart. 3. Free gifts are not transferrable or redeemable for cash and cannot be returned. 4. Gifts will be shown in a pop up to select and add to cart once you have spent the required amount to qualify for the gift with purchase options. 5. To redeem the gifts with purchase you MUST add the products to cart when the pop up is shown to you. If the gifts aren’t added to cart at the time of purchase, STAX. will not be able to manually add these to your order post purchase and STAX. will not provide vouchers, rain checks or similar if you do not redeem a gift by adding the product to cart when the pop up is shown to you. 6. If the cart value falls below the $200 threshold after the gift has been added, the gift will no longer be discounted and will revert to its original price. Customers are responsible for removing the item from their cart if they do not wish to be charged.
