World Squash Masters Championships 2026

We’re proud to announce a partnership with Squash Australia to host the 2026 World Squash Masters Championships, set to take place from 30 August to 6 September 2026.

As part of this unique collaboration, Karrinyup will host a purpose-built all-glass squash court on centre court outside The Coffee Club. Providing a one-of-a-kind sporting showcase for fans and an unprecedented platform for global squash athletes to compete in full public view.

The World Squash Masters Championships is expected to attract hundreds of Australian and international competitors aged 35 and over, together with their families, supporters, officials and spectators. The collaboration reflects the championships’ focus on delivering an innovative, inclusive and accessible event while creating a lasting legacy for squash in Western Australia. 

Regional General Manager of The GPT Group, Dave Moreton says the partnership reflects Karrinyup’s position as one of Western Australia’s leading retail, lifestyle and entertainment destinations.

“Karrinyup is a place where people come together, and we’re excited to offer our customers the chance to experience world-class sport in such an unexpected and dynamic setting. The all-glass court will create an incredible atmosphere in the heart of the centre and give the local community a unique opportunity to see international squash up close.”

Squash Australia CEO Robert Donaghue says the collaboration reflects Squash Australia’s bold approach to bringing squash to the broader public to continue to grow the game from grass roots through to elite.
