Cinnabon Hot Cross Bun Bake

Ingredients

• 6 Woolworths Cinnabon Hot Cross Buns
• 2 tbsp melted butter 
• 225g block cream cheese, room temperature or softened
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 3 tbsp icing sugar
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tsp grated lemon zest

Method

1. Bake the hot cross buns in a baking dish for 5 minutes on 180 degrees
2. Whip the cream cheese, butter, vanilla essence, icing sugar, salt and lemon zest 
3. Remove the buns from the oven and lather the icing on top
4. Pull apart and enjoy!
