West Residential Apartments

As part of Karrinyup’s $800 million redevelopment, a new development application has been submitted for high-end residential apartments on the western side of Karrinyup Shopping Centre, from the corner of Karrinyup Road and Burroughs Road to the south of the Northcourt building.

the development application consists of three buildings to be built in two stages and proposes a total of 270 new homes as well as some commercial tenancies. The first stage replaces the existing Development Approval for 78 residences to the south of the Northcourt building that was granted as part of the overall shopping centre Development Approval in 2015.
 
The updated plans will see construction on the west residential development commence within the next four years depending on approvals and market conditions. They will also allow for better street engagement, greater building setbacks and additional landscaping.
