Concierge is happy to assist you in all aspects of your visit to Karrinyup, including lost property enquiries, Karrinyup gift card purchases, centre directions, public transport timetables, general enquiries and more.

Concierge is located on Level One opposite Sheridan and the Ground Floor near David Jones. Concierge can be contacted during trading hours on (08) 9204 9515.

Customer Lounge

The Customer Lounge offers a range of services such as Karrinyup gift card purchases, centre information, lost property and complimentary wheelchair and electric gooher hire.

The Customer Lounge is located on level green B1 of the east multi-deck car park and provides direct access to the ground floor of the centre.

WI-FI

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to all our Karrinyup customers. To connect, simply turn on your mobile Wi-Fi in settings, select Karrinyup Free Wi-Fi and enter your details.

BANKS & ATMS

Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, ANZ, NAB and Bankwest can all be located on the ground floor, along with their respective ATMs. Click here to locate them on the centre map.
