Pop-up Toy Store

Bramblerose pop-up toy store has just arrived. Learn more about their Green Toys.

Toddlers love pretending. They love copying what they see.  And while they are copying the world around them, they are working out how it all fits together.

As parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles we love giving them toys that they will use a lot; especially if those toys last. Green Toys manufacture trucks , boats and aircraft that young children find fascinating. They are big and chunky; just perfect for little hands. And they last!

The little ones will push their trucks all over the ground, move the boats on the water of their bath or pool or propel the planes and helicopters through the air with their hands.

Why else choose Green Toys?

The toys themselves are safe.

Green Toys takes pride to ensure that the toys are safe.

It is safe for your children to play with the toys. The manufacturer has made sure that the toys comply with the relevant safety standards. The toys surpass the international standard for BPA and Phthalates. CPSIA,  ASTM F963, and international standards EN71 and ISO 8124.

You will not see any glue, paint, screws or metal used on these toys. The colour in the toys that you do see is made with food-safe mineral based colouring.

The toys have been made in a safe way

The manufacturer also ensured that the process of making the toys was safe for the planet on which we live.

Green Toys have made the toys with 100% recycled product. Most of the recycled product is made from post-consumer milk containers. The waste management company collects the plastic, cleans it, shreds it into flakes and reprocesses it into the raw material that Green toys needs.

A lot of manufacturers are now ensuring that their packaging is eco-friendly. So has Green Toys. Green Toys pack their products with packaging that is 100% recyclable cardboard.  They have not used blister packs, twist ties or cellophane wrapping. The minimal colour on the packaging is made with soy-ink.

My favourite Green Toys

I do have some toys in this range that I love.

You cannot go past the submarine and the tug boat. I love the handles on the submarine and the tugboat. You can scoop up the water with either of these toys. You can then pour the water out. Imagine the fun that you can have  in the bath or in the pool . I can already hear the giggling.  Both of these toys are safe for children over 6 months.

It is very hard to find helicopters. We have three different helicopters in our range of Green Toys. We have a blue helicopter, a seacopter and a rescue boat with a helicopter.  Imagine the scenarios that you will be able to create with these helicopters. All three of the helicopters have at least one figurine. (The rescue boat has two figurines). They are safe for children over 2 years of age.

So despite Bramblerose’s tendency to favour wooden toys, there is no hesitation in recommending these plastic toys.

Not only are they fun to play with, and educational, these toys have been made with consideration of the impact on the environment.
