The safety and wellbeing of our customers, staff members and community is our key priority, and to ensure these standards are upheld we have implemented the following measures:
  • Hand sanitiser is available at the Santa Photography Set and at each Centre entry
  • Physical distancing floor decals are in place at the Santa Set
  • Contact tracing via Santa Photography Booking Portal
  • To maintain 1.5 metres of physical distance, Santa will sit on his magical sleigh whilst family members are invited to sit near Santa on life-size Christmas presents.
  • Increased cleaning schedule of the Santa Set
  • Perspex screen between the Santa Photography counter and customers
The best place to park when visiting Santa would be level one of the multi-deck car park, which can be accessed via Francis Avenue or Davenport Street.

In addition to the above, there is also street level car parking located off Davenport Street. However please note, there is a limited number of bays available here and we recommend using this car park for short visits only.
