Green-Power Juice

With the holiday season now over, and the kids back at school, make sure you power up your system with a green juice. This recipe will give you a direct hit of vitamins and nutrients that your body needs to keep up with your busy lifestyle.

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwi fruits, chopped
  • 1 handful baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2  lemon or lime (juice only)
  • 1/2 Lebanese cucumber
  • 1 ½ cups water or coconut water
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
