KARRINYUP SHOPPING CENTRE
The Home Makeover COMPETITION (FINAL)
1. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of this competition.
2. Entry to the competition is open to all persons, except employees of Jones Lang LaSalle at Karrinyup Shopping Centre, employees of AMP Capital Shopping Centres Pty Limited, and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family, tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the staff of tenants in the centre and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means Leasees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its directors.
3. The competition commences at 9:00am (WST) on Monday, 11 August 2008.
4. Entries close at 5:00pm (WST) on Saturday, 13 September 2008.
5. To be eligible to enter, entrants must spend $50 or more in one transaction on homewares products only from participating homewares retailers at Karrinyup Shopping Centre in one transaction. Customers will then receive one entry coupon, which needs to be completed and dropped into the entry box at the Customer Service Desk, on Level One at Karrinyup Shopping Centre or in the entry boxes at the participating retailers’ stores at Karrinyup Shopping Centre during the centre’s regular opening hours.
6. Karrinyup Centre Management will draw a total of twenty three winners at 9:00 am (WST) on Wednesday, 17 September 2008 at the Karrinyup Centre Management Office, Karrinyup Shopping Centre, 200 Karrinyup Road, Karrinyup. A Karrinyup Centre Management staff member will notify the 23 winners on Thursday, 18 September 2008.
7. Any entry form is invalid if it is illegible, incomplete, or placed in the entry boxes after 5pm Saturday, 13 September, 2008.
8. The participating retailers are: Howards Storage World, Bed Bath N’ Table, Dusk, Artworld, Wheel & Barrow, House, King of Knives and certain departments of Big W, Myer and David Jones.
9. David Jones homewares products includes any items purchased from the following homewares departments: Bed & Bath, Casual Tabletop, China & Glass, Home Furnishing, Kitchenware, Napery, Silverware, Television and Audio and Small Appliances.
10. Myer homewares products includes any items purchased from the following homewares departments: Electrical appliances - Kitchenware, Electrical appliances - Personal, Dinnerware, Glassware, Kitchenware, TV and Hi Fi and Manchester.
11. Big W homewares products includes any items purchased from the following homewares departments: Kitchenware, Small appliances , Storage, Home entertainment and Manchester.
12. The promoter agrees to provide the prizes.
13. The prizes are only available through Karrinyup Shopping Centre, Centre Management.
14. Each prize will be in the form of Karrinyup Gift Vouchers in the following allocation:
· 1st prize winner receives $2,500 in Gift Vouchers
· 2nd prize winner receives $1,500 in Gift Vouchers
· 3rd prize winner receives $750 in Gift Vouchers
· 4th to 23rd prize winners receives a $50 Gift Voucher each
15. The total value of prizes is $5,750.
16. The first twenty three drawn correct entries will each win a prize. The first correct entry drawn wins 1st prize, second correct entry drawn wins 2nd prize, third correct entry drawn wins 3rd prize and the next 20 correct winners each win a $50 Gift Voucher.
17. All prizes are paid in Karrinyup Gift Vouchers and prize winners are bound by the conditions that apply to the use of these vouchers. All vouchers are marked with an expiry date and must be used by the date indicated, otherwise forfeited.
18. The prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
19. Entrants can gain no more than one entry to this competition per $50 Homewares transaction from each of the participating retailers. For example, one transaction of $120 worth of homewares from a participating retailer entitles the customer to one entry coupon.
20. A maximum of 12,000 entry coupons will be produced and distributed to all participating retailers.
21. The first 23 drawn entries that have all entry details completed will be judged the 23 winners and no further correspondence will be entered into.
22. The winners will be notified by email and telephone.
23. The winners must collect their prize from the Karrinyup Centre Management Office between 8.30am ad 5.30pm, Monday to Friday on a business day in Western Australia.
24. Proof of identification will be required when claiming prizes.
25. Entry into the competition is consent to use your name, address and photograph for promotional and marketing purposes.
26. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions.
27. All details and other information requested on the entry form must be provided, and be legible, to enable the entry to be accepted by the promoter as an eligible entry into this competition.
28. The promoter will not provide transport for the prize winner to and from the centre or be responsible for associated transport costs to and from the centre to claim the prize.
29. Entrants’ consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about entrants for the research, marketing and promotional purposes of the promoter and its related companies. Please contact the promoter if you later wish to correct information that it holds.
30. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
