Suggest you join the Casual Sellers queue before 5am.   Diagram where to queue above.
A volunteer will walk around and give each driver a numbered sheet to display on the dash.   This the number you will be admitted into the selling area.

At 5.30am another Rotary volunteer will admit the cars to enter (according to your number) into the undercover selling area.

Once inside the area you can choose the bay(s) for your stall. You may either park your car in the bay or unpack then park your car outside of the area.   You are charged for the number of bays you & your car occupy.

Buyers are admitted at 6:30am, so sellers have time to set up.  Please note this area is NON-SMOKING.

TIP: if you have  lots of clothes and we would suggest that you have them on hangers, ready to hang.
TIP: Have a few racks and trestles to display your goods. Alternatively put a sheet on the ground.
The SwapMart is open for 4 hours.  Payment is made to a volunteer who comes around to collect $10 per bay.

SwapMart closes at 10:30am & sellers must depart the site before 11:00am.  For enquiries contact the Coordinator - 0459 582 840.
