Job Requirements
- Easy to manage Italian Food store, clean environment
- Food preparation, cutting meat and vegetables and dough preparation
- Kitchen work such as washing up food equipment and utensils
- Stocks requisition and ordering, keep food stock to required levels
- Customer service and sales, cashier management and closing procedures
- Cleaning and tidying shop at the end of the day
- Daily opening and closing of the shop
Requisition of the candidate
- A pleasant personality with a heart to serve customers of all types
- Efficient and well organised
- Ability to take clear instructions well from duty manager
- Must have ability to manage and motivate staff on duty
- Good work attitude and able to report to manager on work situations
- Alert and ability to learn on the job, make recommendations on work improvements
- Clean police report and attention to detail
- Reliable and responsible person and careful with cash
- Most importantly must be committed to the job assigned.
- Previous work experience preferred but not a must.
