Ideally your enthusiasm and drive will be supported by your experience in fashion retailing, staff management and customer service.
To be successful in this role you will be required to have the following qualities and attributes:
• A friendly disposition, great attitude & a true passion for what you do.
• Outstanding customer service skills & delivery.
• Ability to lead your team towards the achievement of company budgets.
• Provide your team with support and motivation in training & development.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff & management with regards to the operation of your store.
• A fast mover who presentable and tidy.
• Availability on weekends is a must.
